Mom Update, June 17, 2010, Thursday

Mom looked great today. She is still responding to our voices and trying really, really hard to open her eyes and look at us. Still moving her tongue and mouth a lot in response to our talking to her. Moving arm, hand...on right side alot. They took the drain out of her head today and said that, according to the CATScan, she doesn't need the drain or the shunt any more!!! PTL!!!!! Her head is draining fluid naturally so far. The doctors will continue to monitor her ability to drain fluid over the next few days. No word on when she will be transferred to Medford yet. Keep praying---it's working!! xxxooo
