Someone asked if Mom's eyes respond to light...they do. Mom was the same today --- appearing to try to talk to us, making new faces, has been, over the last 2 days, shaking her head up and down like, "yes," today shook her head side to side like, "no." The doctors took her restraints off her wrists so she can fully move her arms again.
But the best news is that, when dad was saying, "Good bye" tonight...he was holding mom's hand and she was not only squeezing it, but she took his hand in hers and lifted it to stroke her face...
She's in there somewhere...continue to pray please...and thank you so much.
I am the LORD; those who hope in me will not be disappointed."Isaiah 49:22-24
PS...found out some information today about the HPPA laws---Privacy Act Law---double check with your insurance carrier (not your doctor...) to be sure that you signed permission for someone to have access to your health insurance policy information...mom and dad thought they had done this, but hadn't...what a mess it was to sort through (only by the Grace of God!!)....check it out Monday and sign the forms to let a loved one have access to your health insurance benefit information...
