Mom had a sleepy day. Claudia saw her early this morning and did her physical therapy and gave her a massage. Anthony saw her next and said she was receiving therapy--so he sat in on the tail end of it. He cheered her on and coaxed her to focus. He said she had a hard time focusing today. The therapist told Anthony that mom's progress is good and that her behavior of being really aware and talking to being foggy and sleeping is typical with a head injury of her kind. But she said that mom should improve a lot just at a slower pace. Dad and Aunt Sophie saw mom next and also did her physical therapy and talked and watched TV with her. Dad said that mom was sleeping a lot but then woke up and wanted the "Love Notes for Dotty" book so he began to read the book to her but mom took it from his hands and began turning the pages and looking at it herself. No talking today. I saw mom late this evening and she was out like a light. I tucked her in and prayed over her and turned out the light--but left the TV on but on the timer.
