I arrived at mom's room at 5:45 a.m. so that I could accompany her to the hospital for the CAT Scan that the neurologist ordered last week. The ambulance was to arrive and leave by 6:30 a.m. Need I say that things didn't go without a hitch?? hahahah!! The ambulance arrived at 8:00 a.m. and left by 8:25 a.m. As Rosanne Rosanna Danna used to say on Saturday Night Live-- "It's always something!!" Mom made it there safely and Anthony met me at mom's room at 7:15 and went to the hospital with her and then back to her room for a while as I left and went to work. We should have results tomorrow.
Mom slept all day and evening. Anthony left when dad came this afternoon. John sat with mom next and said she was out like a light. Lenny went to tuck mom in tonight and said she opened her eyes and looked at him and smiled and then, after prodding, said, "HI" out loud to him before going back to sleep.
Mom continues to heal, and for this, we are thankful.
"I will give you back your health and heal your wounds," says the LORD" Jeremiah 30:17
